Assistance

We know the burden cancer can put on a family.  Travel and treatment expenses can cause additional physical and mental stress on families.  We have incorporated a Patient Assistance Plan to help families dealing with cancer.  Applications can be found on our                       page.

 

Scholarships

In 2015 we began awarding a scholarship to a deserving local high school graduate. Since the inception of these scholarships, $27,000 has been distributed.  Selection of the recipient is selected by our committee anonymously.   For more information or an application, please visit our                      page.  Previous winners can be found on our            page.

 

Research

Lung Cancer is the leading cancer killer in both men and women. Each year more people die from lung cancer than colon, breast and prostate cancers combined.  The key is early detection.  We will donate a portion of our earnings to the Lung Cancer Initiative of North Carolina.  Their mission is for the education, awareness, and research of lung cancer.
